Why choosing Sintesi?
How does DUOcalor work? It is simple, it is a system that join in only one device two ways of heat diffusion: natural convection and radiation. As soon as the fire is ignited, the air in the internal ducts gets warm and it spreads through the ventilation grids, as a result the room is warmed.
At the same time, also tiles warm, gradually releasing a pleasant warmth by radiation.
The released heat occurs through infrared light, which have the same human body wavelength: so the feeling with a Sintesi stove is unique and engaging.
HEATING SYSTEM BY NATURAL CONVECTION
The room's fresh air is aspirated in the bottom part of the stove, then it gets warmer in the internal ducts and comes off from the top; also the door quickly releases heat. The warm air will need only a few minutes to spread in the room.
RADIANT HEATING SYSTEM
Thick majolica cladding (a 2,9 mq surface!) enables heat-accumulation, that will be gradually released with no peak temperature or sudden change in temperature .

This innovative combustion chamber, designed in our laboratory, can develop a “Total Combustion” that reaches a higher efficiency and therefore more heat, with lower emissions and so a healthier heat.
How does it work? Part of the combustion air, which is lead into the combustion chamber, feeds the flame. Another part flows in the side ducts and, once heated, lights on the unburnt monoxide produced by the first flame, thanks to some calibrated holes positioned on the three sides. In this way combustion is more efficient and cleaner, and emissions are below the values required by the strictest European regulations.
The efficiency of a stove is the ratio between the consumed and released energy: the higher the level of efficiency (0-100%), the greater the level of utilisation of the energy generated by combustion.
Sintesi stove has an efficiency of 86% and develops a rated heat output of 12 kW.
